Product prototypes are then built in our model shop by skilled metal fabrication technicians. Tooling. Welding. Building. Model simulations is only one extension of the engineering and design functions we provide you.

Tool and die design is another aspect of our quality production. Archer Wire also has full CAD and stamping capabilities; including some of the top press names in the industry, up to 200 tons. Once our efforts meet your approval, your products are forwarded to our finishing facilities.
